Good intentions.
Real follow-through.

Hands-on support for business owners, leaders and teams who need clearer priorities, useful systems and help moving the work forward.

Tell me what needs attention

How I work

Understand the people.
Get into the work.

Sometimes the challenge is a difficult conversation. Sometimes it’s a process that lives in one person’s head, scattered project information or a team that needs clearer direction. I help you understand what needs attention and work alongside you to make the next steps manageable.

My experience spans coaching, leadership in security operations, post-secondary teaching, creative work and business support. Across those settings, I’ve learned to listen closely, be clear about expectations and build tools people can actually use.

I care about the relationship. I’ll also ask the questions that need asking and help keep the agreed priorities in view.

Systems for everyday work

Make the important information easier to find and use. Support can include time tracking, daily logs, receipt workflows, project tracking and simple tools built around how your team works.

Leadership & communication

Help people understand their responsibilities, give useful feedback and work through difficult conversations. Build accountability through clear expectations and consistent support.

Planning & follow-through

Get the priorities out of your head and into a workable plan. Organize next steps, clarify who owns what and keep attention on the decisions and actions that need to move.

Training & facilitation

Workshops, team conversations and leader or coach development shaped around the people in the room. Connect the learning to something they can put into practice.

A working example

Bremkin Home Improvements.
People, projects and the bigger picture.

My work with Bremkin brings several parts of my experience together: telling the company’s story, helping coordinate the work and creating practical ways to keep information organized.

01 / Tell the story

Show the people behind the project.

Photography, branding and project storytelling—including the Hie Sweet Home farmhouse series—help put the family, crew and work at the centre of the story.

02 / Support the day-to-day

Make the information usable.

Employee time tracking, daily logs and project-linked receipt workflows give everyday activity a place to be recorded and reviewed. Project and action tracking help keep the next steps visible.

03 / Stay connected

Keep people and priorities in view.

Ongoing planning, project coordination and conversations about responsibilities connect those tools to the people using them. The work combines creative support with attention to how the business runs.

The approach starts with the business in front of me: understand the work, identify what would help and build from there.

When it might be time to talk

You’re carrying a lot.
Let’s make the next steps clearer.

You might need help organizing a growing business, a workshop for your team or someone to work through a leadership challenge with you.

We can start with a defined project or discuss ongoing support. The scope should match the work that needs doing and the people who will use it.

Start with a conversation

A practical way forward.

  1. 01

    Tell me what’s happening.

What is taking your time? Where are people getting stuck? What do you want to work better?

  2. 02

    Agree on what matters first.

Clarify the priority, the support needed and what useful progress would look like.

  3. 03

    Put the plan to work.

Build the tools, have the conversations and review what needs adjusting as the work develops.
